Have now traversed the Wachau Valley 3 times whilst cruising on the Danube, and still spot new sights on every visit, The scenery is magnificent, mountain landscapes, fascinating villages, and castle ruins throughout. A place I will visit again and again. See it whilst cruising with a glass of local wine, then return with a bike to see it in more detail.
A beautiful place with wonderful surroundings will add atmosphere to all travelers.
Our journey took us with passengers from Tokyo, to this wonderful place, on the way to Vienna.
Do you like to travel? What is the best travel choice for you? have you ever traveled with a car and driver?
we encourage you to try it. It is a very convenient way to travel, no transfers like trains or buses, a direct tour with MYTRIPLINE, allows customers to see such wonderful places as WACHAU.
Melk Abbey is a Benedictine abbey above the town of Melk, Lower Austria, Austria, on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Danube river, adjoining the Wachau valley.
The abbey contains the tomb of Saint Coloman of Stockerau and the remains of several members of the House of Babenberg, Austria's first ruling dynasty.
The abbey was founded in 1089 when Leopold II, Margrave of Austria gave one of his castles to Benedictine monks from Lambach Abbey. A monastic school, the Stiftsgymnasium Melk, was founded in the twelfth century, and the monastic library soon became renowned for its extensive manuscript collection.
The monastery's scriptorium was also a major site for the production of manuscripts. In the fifteenth century the abbey became the centre of the Melk Reform movement which reinvigorated the monastic life of Austria and Southern Germany.
We are very pleased that more and more new travelers who want to try our service are coming. Thank you all very much for your support and we will try to increase our services even more so that we are available for you all over Europe with local drivers.

Our journey together started in Český Krumlov, we continued to MELK ABBEY, then to WACHAU and then to Durnstein.
Our final destination was beautiful, historic Vienna.
Loved visiting the Wachau valley which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon taking a cruise on river Danube you get to see vineyards and so many castles on hill tops. The waters are crystal blue and make up for a gorgeous view.
